据美国一所家族企业学院的研究显示,约有70%的家族企业未能传到下一代,88%未能传到第三代,只有3%的家族企业在第四代及以后还在经营。麦肯锡咨询公司研究结论是:家族企业中只有15%能延续三代以上。尽管这个比例不容乐观,但是纵观全球那些家族企业,仍不乏企业传承成功之典范的百年品牌企业。
According to a study by a family-run business college in the United States, about 70% of family-run businesses fail to reach the next generation, 88% fail to reach the third generation, and only 3% of family-run businesses are still operating in the fourth and later generations . McKinsey & Company Consulting concluded that only 15% of family-owned businesses can last more than three generations.
