酒店实习是旅游专业学习中必不可少的实践教学环节,也是提高旅游专业学生专业技能的重要途径之一。但目前独立学院旅游管理专业在酒店实习中存在诸多问题,实习效果有待加强,本文针对酒店实习中存在的问题,对独立学院旅游管理专业酒店实习改革进行了探讨,并提出了相关对策。 Hotel internship is an indispensable part of practical teaching in tourism specialty learning and one of the important ways to improve the professional skills of traveling majors. However, there are many problems in the internship of the independent college tourism management major, and the internship effect needs to be strengthened. In this paper, according to the problems existing in the hotel internship, this article discusses the reform of the internship in the tourism management specialty hotel of Independent College and puts forward some countermeasures.
