本文采用摒气FLASHT1WI和SET1WI对30例原发性肝癌作了动态增强MRI,结果显示,在动态增强早期(1-3分钟)原发性肝细胞癌即出现强化,多为不均匀强化,动态增强有利于对肿瘤形态特征、肿瘤假包膜、瘤内坏死、囊变及肿瘤范围的确切显示。增强后各时相肝癌正常肝实质的SD/N减小(P<0.05),延迟期由于Gd-DTPA在病灶内滞留,肿瘤的绝对增强S/N增大,1分钟与10分钟S/N相差显著(P<0.05)。
In this study, dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI was performed on 30 cases of primary liver cancer using Xenon FLASH T1WI and SET1WI. The results showed that in the early stage of dynamic enhancement (1-3 minutes), primary hepatocellular carcinoma appears to be intensified, mostly heterogeneously enhanced. The enhancement is conducive to the exact display of tumor morphological features, tumor pseudocapsules, intratumoral necrosis, cystic degeneration, and tumor coverage. After the enhancement, the SD/N of normal liver parenchyma of liver cancer decreased at various phases (P<0.05). In the delayed phase, the Gd-DTPA remained in the lesion, and the absolute S/N of the tumor increased, 1 minute and 10 minutes. The difference between /N was significant (P < 0.05).
