伴随着我国改革开放的深入,中等医学教育获得了前所未有的发展。但是,进入21世纪,随着市场经济和卫生事业的发展。人们对医疗卫生人才的需求层次提高,对卫生中专毕业生的需求减少,中等医学教育面临着严峻的形势,这直接影响着卫生学校的生存和发展。我们通过对中等医学教育现状与问题的研究,探讨在新形势下中专卫校的生存、改革和发展的对策。
With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, secondary medical education has gained unprecedented development. However, entering the 21st century, with the development of market economy and health. People’s demand for medical and health personnel has increased, the demand for secondary health graduates has dropped, and the secondary medical education is facing a severe situation, which directly affects the survival and development of health schools. Through the study of the status quo and problems of secondary medical education, we discuss the strategies for the survival, reform and development of secondary health schools in the new situation.
