河南省防汛会議后,县委召开了防汛会議,并抽調县、段干部24人分赴各乡深入組織發动。各乡在县委召开会議后,先后建立起防汛指挥都,正式开始办公。5月20日前后,各乡結合生产,普遍开始进行会議貫徹,思想發动,防汛工作全面展开。目前,防汛工作的方针、任务与重大意义,已基本上深入人心,并在思想提高的基础上,进行了防讯队伍的組織和料物准备,开展了技术学習。
