当22岁的在校学生刘路被中南大学聘为正教授级研究员后,瞬间成为社会焦点。反对者认为,给予如此年轻的在校学生如此待遇太草率;赞成者认为,对优秀人才就该不拘一格大胆使用。事实上,应该如何培养、使用一个年轻人才,始终是我国科技界的一个难题。中国从来不缺优秀年轻人才甚至天才,缺的是有效的培养、使用体系。对于刚刚露头的年轻人才,最好的培养是保持环境安静,最佳的使用是保障学术专注。
When 22-year-old school student Liu Lu was hired as a professor of Central South University researcher, instantly become the focus of the community. Opponents argue that giving so young students in school is too rampant; those in favor agree that the best people should be bold enough to be eclectic. In fact, how to cultivate and use a young talent has always been a problem for the science and technology community in our country. China has never lacked outstanding young talent or even genius, and lacked an effective system of training and using. For young talent just outcrops, the best training is to keep the environment quiet, the best use is to protect the academic focus.
