医院是社会主义精神文明建设的窗口,是党和政府联系群众的桥梁。笔者结合我院抓医德医风教育,提高医院管理的实践,谈一点粗浅的看法。 1、提高认识,树立信心。 医德医风教育,首先要求领导干部具有较高的思想境界和过硬的思想作风,领导干部必须以身作则,率先垂范。在工作中坚持“两手抓”,正确处理社会效益和经济效益的关系,真抓实干,才能在群众中树立威信,才能教育广大医务人员牢固树立起以救死扶伤、全心全意为人民服务为核心的医德观念。源于这一认识,我院党委始终把领导班子的自身建设放在党委工作的首要位置,坚持每周的学习日制度和民主生活会制度,使党委一班人对抓好医德医风建设形成共识,树立信心。
