现代市场竞争不仅仅是医疗技术、设备、设施等硬件条件的竞争,更是人才和医院文化的竞争。必须加强医院文化建设,形成特有的医院文化,树立良好的品牌和形象,增加社会的知名度和美誉度,构建一个综合且不可模仿的核心竞争力,才能应对来自各个方面的竞争和挑战。本文探讨现代医院构成两要素,试图从识别系统以及核心价值两方面,只有理解了医院文化外在表现形式并且把握现代医院文化的核心价值,才能打造优秀医院文化。
Modern market competition is not only the competition of hardware conditions such as medical technology, equipment and facilities, but also the competition of talent and hospital culture. The hospital culture must be strengthened, a unique hospital culture should be formed, a good brand and image should be set up, the popularity and reputation of the society should be enhanced, and a comprehensive and non-imitable core competitiveness should be established in order to cope with competition and challenges from all aspects. This article explores the two elements of modern hospital composition, trying to build an excellent hospital culture by understanding both the external manifestation of hospital culture and the core value of modern hospital culture, both from the perspective of identification system and core value.
