入境旅游的游客数量及其增长率是反映一个国家和地区国际旅游发展水平的重要指标。本文将BCG Matrix模型应用于广东国际入境旅游客源市场研究中,选取市场占有率和市场增长率两个指标构建旅游市场竞争态,对1999~2008年广东省主要的入境旅游客源市场在广东国际旅游中的市场占有率和市场增长率进行分析,通过分析揭示出了广东入境游客的变化情况。最后,在此基础之上提出了相应的市场开拓策略。
The number of inbound tourists and their growth rates are important indicators of the level of international tourism in a country or region. This article applies the BCG Matrix model to Guangdong International Inbound Tourist Market, selects the two indexes of market share and market growth rate to construct the tourism market competition status. In 1999 ~ 2008, the main inbound tourist market in Guangdong International tourism in the market share and market growth rate analysis, revealed by the analysis of the changes in Guangdong inbound tourists. Finally, on this basis, put forward the corresponding market development strategy.
