目的探讨不同乳腺分型及不同乳腺厚度与全数字化钼靶摄影平均腺体剂量(mGy)之间的关系。方法回顾性分析164例头尾位乳腺片,每例选取一幅Ⅰ级乳腺照片进行分析,分析164幅Ⅰ级乳腺照片中不同乳腺分型、不同乳腺厚度的平均腺体剂量,以研究乳腺分型及乳腺厚度与全数字化乳腺X射线摄影平均腺体剂量的关系。结果总体而言,Ⅱ型(致密型)乳腺的平均腺体剂量最大,Ⅲ型(中间型)次之,Ⅰ型(脂肪型)和Ⅳ型(导管型)最低且它们之间无显著差异;平均腺体剂量与厚度之间均存在显著的正相关关系,并且两者存在相关性。结论乳腺分型及乳腺厚度与全数字化乳腺X射线摄影平均腺体剂量关系密切,乳腺腺体组织越致密、厚度越厚,其平均腺体剂量就越大。
Objective To investigate the relationship between different mammary gland types and different breast thicknesses and mGy of all-digital mammography. Methods A retrospective analysis of 164 cases of head and tail breast piece, each case selected a grade Ⅰ breast picture analysis, analysis of 164 cases of grade Ⅰ breast pictures of different breast types, different glandular thickness average gland dose to study the breast points Relationship between type and thickness of mammary gland and average glandular dose in fully digital mammography. Results Overall, type Ⅱ (dense) breasts had the highest average amount of glandular dose, followed by type Ⅲ (intermediate type), type Ⅰ (type of fat) and type Ⅳ (type of duct), with no significant difference between them. There was a significant positive correlation between average gland dose and thickness, and there was a correlation between the two. Conclusion The breast type and the thickness of the breast are closely related to the average glandular dose of the full digital mammography. The denser the breast gland tissue, the thicker the thickness, the larger the average glandular dose.
