大学生党支部民主化建设必须针对如下主要问题:支部书记(老师)说了算;支委说了算;重履行义务教育,忽略行使权利教育。在实践上,要通过充分的理论学习与行为强化支部管理制度化,建立有效的监督机制,扩大党内民主诸层面,切入学生党员与学生的实际,夯实大学生党支部民主化建设的基础,确保机制运转正常。
The democratization of the undergraduate party branch must be aimed at the following major issues: branch secretary (teacher) have the final say; the support committee has the final say; heavy implementation of compulsory education, neglect to exercise the right education.
