用二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基酶标仪法,对拟青霉属5个种的20个菌株培养液提取物的自由基清除活性进行了比较研究,发现不同种拟青霉的甲醇提取液的自由基清除活性差异很大,在浓度为5.0 mg.mL-1,37℃保温10 m in时,自由基清除活性最高为71.9%,最低为15.9%;同种不同菌株之间的活性也有较大的差异。自由基清除活性均与反应时间和样品浓度成正相关关系。二苯基苦基苯肼自由基薄层实验结果表明,该属菌株培养液提取物中自由基清除剂都不是单一成分,且组成也不完全相同。
The free radical scavenging activities of 20 strains of Paecilomyces were studied by DPPH free radical microplate assay. It was found that different kinds of Paecilomyces Methanol extract showed significant difference in free radical scavenging activity. The highest radical scavenging activity was 71.9% and the lowest was 15.9% at the concentration of 5.0 mg.mL-1 and incubated at 37 ℃ for 10 min, There is also a big difference between the activities. Free radical scavenging activity was positively correlated with reaction time and sample concentration. Diphenyl picrylhydrazyl free radical thin layer experimental results show that the genus bacteria extract free radical scavenger is not a single component, and the composition is not exactly the same.
