随着全球化的不断发展,英语,作为最广泛应用的语言之一,其教学受到了广泛的关注与研究。在各项研究中,对英语教材的评估调查是一个相对被大众忽视的领域。教材作为教师教学与学生学习的基本工具,应当以能满足教学大纲的统一要求同时满足学生的特定需求为目标。考虑到国内大多数院校已根据教学大纲选取既定英语教材这一事实,该文将以《现代大学英语听力》第一册这一被广泛运用的大学英语教材为例,结合一所三本院校非英语专业学生的需求分析,简要评估该教材的合理性,希望对英语教材的评估以及运用提供一些参考意见。
With the continuous development of globalization, English, as one of the most widely used languages, has received extensive attention and research in its teaching. In various studies, the assessment of English textbooks is a relatively neglected area of the public. Teaching materials as teachers and students learn the basic tools, should be able to meet the unified requirements of the syllabus at the same time meet the specific needs of students as the goal. Taking into account the fact that most institutions in China have chosen the established English teaching materials according to the syllabus, this article will take the widely used college English textbook “Modern English Listening” Analysis of the needs of non-English majors in schools, a brief assessment of the rationality of the textbooks, hoping to provide some reference for the assessment and use of English textbooks.
