针对煤矿底板突水问题,确定底板采动破坏深度是评价底板是否突水的重要因素之一.以山东东山矿业王楼煤矿11 301工作面为工程背景,采用钻孔双端堵水设备对工作面底板破坏深度进行了现场实测.基于FLAC3D数值模拟软件,根据王楼煤矿11 301工作面地质条件建立了数值模型,对该工作面底板应力场变化及底板变形破坏规律进行了数值仿真.研究结果表明:现场实测工作面开采后底板采动破坏深度为12.9 m,模拟结果显示底板破坏深度在12~15 m.实测结果与数值模拟结果相吻合,说明所建模型可以为相似条件下工作面开采底板破坏深度进行预测,为底板承压水上安全开采提供基础资料,对预防底板水害有一定的指导意义.
According to the problem of water inrush in coal mine floor and determining the depth of mining damage of floor, it is one of the important factors to evaluate whether water inrush from the floor.With 11 301 working face of Wanglou Coal Mine in Dongshan, Shandong as the engineering background, Based on the FLAC3D numerical simulation software, the numerical model was established according to the geological conditions of 11 301 working face in Wanglou Coal Mine, and the numerical simulation of the stress field variation and floor deformation and failure of the working face was carried out.The results show that: The result of field test shows that the failure depth of mining floor after mining is 12.9 m, and the simulation results show that the failure depth of floor is 12 ~ 15 m.
