目的探讨糖耐量受损(IGT)患者肝脏过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β-氧化的变化情况。方法 1例肝外伤患者,分为IGT组8例和正常糖耐量组(NGT)13例,观察血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、肝脏过氧化氢酶、脂酰CoA氧化酶和过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β-氧化活性的变化。结果①IGT组患者TG、FFA与NGT组相比有不同程度升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),TC有所升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②IGT组患者肝脏的过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β-氧化、脂酰CoA氧化酶活性较NGT组明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 IGT组患者存在脂质代谢紊乱,肝脏中的过氧化氢酶、脂酰CoA氧化酶和过氧化物酶体脂肪酸β-氧化的活性升高。
Objective To investigate the changes of liver peroxisomal fatty acid β-oxidation in patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Methods One case of liver injury was divided into 8 cases of IGT group and 13 cases of normal glucose tolerance group (NGT). The levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), free fatty acid (FFA), liver catalase , Changes in the acyl CoA oxidase and peroxisomal fatty acid β-oxidation activity. Results ① The levels of TG and FFA in IGT group were increased to some extent compared with those in NGT group (P <0.05, P <0.01), and the TC level was increased, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). ② Catalase activity, peroxisomal fatty acid β-oxidation, and fatty acyl CoA oxidase activity in hepatic tissue in IGT group were significantly higher than those in NGT group (P <0.05, P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Patients with IGT have dyslipidemia, elevated activities of catalase, fatty acyl CoA oxidase and peroxisomal fatty acid β-oxidation in the liver.
