利用显微摄影系统采集植物病原微生物图片并进行图像分析,对促进植物病理学实验教学起着重要的作用。显微摄影系统是通过带有拍照系统的显微镜放大病原微生物,拍摄图片并利用计算机软件进行图像分析。为获得高质量图像,显微镜除选择合适的物镜、光源外,还要注意视场光阑和孔径光阑的操作。利用软件操作界面获得图像,应进行必要的参数设定。为更好地将图片应用于教学,还应对病原物进行长度、面积等几何参数测量以及对选取的目标进行数据分析。
Using photomicrography to collect pictures of plant pathogenic microorganisms and conduct image analysis plays an important role in promoting plant pathology experimental teaching. Micro-photography system is through the microscope with a camera system to enlarge the pathogenic microorganisms, take pictures and use computer software for image analysis. In order to obtain a high quality image, the microscope should also pay attention to the operation of the field diaphragm and the aperture diaphragm in addition to selecting the appropriate objective lens and light source. Use the software interface to obtain the image, the necessary parameters should be set. In order to apply the pictures to teaching better, we should measure the geometric parameters such as length and area of pathogens and analyze the data of selected targets.
