目的采用小鼠腋下接种瘤株的方法,建立EAC、S180及肝癌荷瘤小鼠动物模型;并研究荔枝核颗粒对此动物模型实体瘤生长的影响作用。方法小鼠EAC、S180细胞与肝癌细胞混悬液用生理盐水按1:1进行稀释制成含瘤腹水混悬液,在给药前24h,每只小鼠腋窝皮下接种0.2ml/只。整个操作应在无菌条件下60min内完成。荔枝核颗粒对小鼠EAC、S180、肝癌的抑瘤实验连续给药10d。结果荔枝核颗粒能够明显抑制EAC、S180肿瘤和肝癌肿瘤的生长(P<0.01);结论荔枝核具有抑制小鼠EAC、S180、肝癌的作用;
OBJECTIVE: To establish animal models of EAC, S180 and hepatoma tumor-bearing mice by inoculating tumor-bearing mice into axilla, and to study the effect of litchi core particles on the growth of solid tumor in this animal model. Methods The suspension of EAC, S180 cells and hepatocellular carcinoma cells was diluted 1: 1 with saline to make ascitic fluid suspension. The mice were subcutaneously inoculated subcutaneously with 0.2ml per axilla at 24h before administration. The entire operation should be completed within 60min under sterile conditions. Litchi core particles of mouse EAC, S180, liver cancer inhibition experiment continuous administration of 10d. Results Litchi core particles could significantly inhibit the growth of EAC, S180 tumor and liver cancer (P <0.01). Conclusion Litchi nucleus could inhibit EAC, S180 and HCC in mice.
