目的:建立调脂降压胶囊中三七的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Sepax Bio-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱;检测波长:203nm;柱温:35℃;流速:1.0m L/min。结果:三七皂苷R1在0.240~2.400μg、人参皂苷Rg1在0.784~7.840μg、人参皂苷Rb1在0.792~7.920μg范围内具有良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为99.55%、98.72%、98.29%,RSD分别为1.88%、1.90%、1.29%。结论:本测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于调脂降压胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Panax notoginseng in Tiaozhi Jiangya Capsule. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. The mobile phase consisted of Sepax Bio-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution with acetonitrile-water. The detection wavelength was 203 nm. ; Flow rate: 1.0 m L / min. Results: The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between notoginsenoside R1 at 0.240 ~ 2.400μg, ginsenoside Rg1 at 0.784 ~ 7.840μg and ginsenoside Rb1 at 0.792 ~ 7.920μg. The average recoveries were 99.55%, 98.72%, 98.29% , RSD respectively 1.88%, 1.90%, 1.29%. Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, reproducible, and can be used for quality control of lipid-lowering and hypotensive capsules.
