学生党建工作是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,加强公安院校学生党建工作具有非常重要的意义。通过对中国人民公安大学的实证研究,发现当前公安院校学生党建工作中存在诸多不足:学生入党的动机存在功利因素、重入党前教育轻入党后教育、学生党建工作途径拓展有限、学生党建的工作队伍力量不足等。迫切需要构建学生党员教育管理体系,积极主动占据网络新阵地,加强公安院校学生党建工作队伍建设,提升公安院校学生党建工作研究水平,培养出更多更优秀的共和国忠诚卫士。
Party building of students is an important part of the party building in colleges and universities. It is of great significance to strengthen party building among students in public security colleges and universities. Through the empirical study of the Chinese People’s Public Security University, we find that there are many deficiencies in the party construction work of the students in public security colleges and universities. There are utilitarian factors in the motivation of joining the party, such as re-entering the education of the party before the party, post-Party education, The work force is not strong enough. There is an urgent need to build an education and management system for student party members, take the initiative to occupy new positions in the network, strengthen the contingent building of party members in public security colleges and universities, improve the party building work in public security institutions and foster more and better loyal guards in the Republic.
