采用电炉碳热法成功地生产了含Si≥63%,Ba≥6%的硅钡铁合金,合金成分稳定。含Si72.27%、Ba2.26%的硅钡铁合金在弹簧钢60Si2Mn钢种中试用,钢的铸态组织、主要的力学性能与使用硅铁合金相比有明显改善和提高;含Si65.35%,Ba7.24%的硅钡铁合金与以硅铁、硅钙作铸铁孕育剂对比,孕育效果较好,孕育抗衰能力也较高,改善了铸件的切屑加工性能和减少了铸件的缩孔倾向。
The electric furnace carbothermal method has been successfully produced with Si ≥ 63%, Ba ≥ 6% of barium iron alloy, alloy composition and stability.
