随着我国改革开放的不断深入和旅游业的快速发展,我国导游队伍也不断得以增长。导游人员为促进旅游业向经济转化,把旅游业培育成为国民经济新的增长点,把我国建设成为世界旅游大国发挥了积极而重要的作用。导游人员是旅游业发展的推动者和实践者,对旅游产业的可持续发展有着不可忽视的重要作用。然而随着中国旅游市场一些恶性不良竞争的加剧,导游员整体素质也开始下降,导游人员的服务质量和服务态度也越来越差,这不仅导致导游人员自身生存环境的恶化,也严重影响了导游职业的可持续发展。因此加强对导游人员管理体制的不断优化目前成为我国旅游业发展所面临的重要任务之一。 With the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the rapid development of tourism industry, the tour guide team in our country has been continuously growing. However, with the vicious competition in some deteriorating tourist markets in China, the overall quality of tour guides also began to decline. The quality of tour guides and the service attitude of tour guides also worsen. This not only leads to the deteriorating living environment for tour guides, but also seriously affects Tour guide career of sustainable development.
