In order to support the implementation of the newly revised Food Safety Law, further strengthen the registration and management of highly toxic pesticides, ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, human and livestock health and environmental safety, the pesticide testing institute of the Ministry of Agriculture held a high-level meeting in Yantai, Shandong Province on 5-6 August 2015 Toxic pesticide registration management seminar. Sui Pengfei, Director of the Pesticide Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture, Huang Hui, a researcher from the Department of Plantation Management attended the meeting and made a speech. Deputy Director Liu Xue presided over the meeting. Sui Pengfei, director stressed that the CPC Central Committee and the State Council proposed to accelerate the reform and development of rural areas through “structural adjustment and transfer” in order to promote the efficient and sustainable development of agriculture in our country.
