微型计算机控制熔铸电炉在我国属先进的控制方法。它能自动从任何起点温度对应的电流值,从键盘输入,自动、定时地升温至目的值再进行保持。它改变了原有人工手动升伏升温及电压保温的办法。它从电流反馈中得到实际电流值对键入的设定值逐步进行升温,采用ADC0809采样进入微型计算机的同时,对实际电流的过流通过软件进行保护,延长熔铸炉的使用寿命。本文介绍的方法是用Z~80为Cpu的单板机为主,其初始及监控能移用TPBUG~A,各种控制功能都能在PJO,DTD内完成,因此价格便宜,使用方便。
Microcomputer control casting electric furnace in our country is an advanced control method.
