针对紫外电荷耦合器件(Charge-Coupled Device,CCD)探测器裸片不能够用于空间探测的难题,首先提出CCD探测器裸片的定位与导热方案,设计出对应的CCD探测器组件和在此基础上的CCD焦平面组件,然后进行了结构、热的有限元仿真和试验验证分析。结果表明,CCD探测器裸片的定位、导热方案合理,设计出的CCD焦平面组件能够满足空间紫外遥感的应用。
In order to solve the problem that CCD (Charge-Coupled Device) bare die can not be used for space exploration, the scheme of positioning and thermal conduction of CCD detector die is first proposed and the corresponding CCD detector assembly is designed. Based on the CCD focal plane assembly, the structure and thermal finite element simulation and experimental verification were carried out. The results show that the positioning of the CCD detector die and the heat conduction scheme are reasonable. The designed CCD focal plane assembly can meet the application of space UV remote sensing.
