目的　评价和分析我省二手CT机应用质量现状 ,为卫生行政部门的决策提供科学依据。方法　对CT机分辨力检测和临床照片评估的数据进行统计分析 ,对比一、二手机的应用质量。结果　 1 2 8台二手机有 1 1 5台合格 ,合格率为 89.8% ;6 2台一手机全部合格 ,合格率为 1 0 0 % ,两者差异有显著性。结论　我省二手机的应用质量不容乐观 ,且缺乏有效的质量保证措施。各级卫生行政部门应严把医用设备准入关 ,进行分级别管理 ,推行稳定性检测 Objective To evaluate and analyze the present quality of the used CT machine in our province and provide a scientific basis for the decision of the health administrative department. Methods Statistical analysis was performed on the data of CT machine resolution test and clinical picture evaluation to compare the application quality of one or two mobile phones. Results 1 2 8 sets of two mobile phones were 115 qualified, with a pass rate of 89.8%; 6 2 mobile phones all qualified, with a pass rate of 100%, the difference was significant. Conclusion Second-hand machine in our province is not optimistic about the quality of applications, and the lack of effective quality assurance measures. Health administrative departments at all levels should strictly control the entry and exit of medical equipment, conduct sub-level management, and implement stability testing
