用13种林木外生菌根真菌对3种松树实生苗进行接种试验,结果表明,不同松种的最佳外生菌根略有不同,筛选出湿地松的优良外生菌根真菌8种,马尾松、黑松优良的菌根真菌各4种,Xeroco-mus chrysenteron和Gomphidius viscidus对3种松均有明显促生效果。对马尾松和湿地松的干旱胁迫试验结果表明,优良菌根真菌在促生的同时可以提高共生植物对于干旱的耐受性,在对照马尾松和湿地松死亡率为60%时,接种Rf、Li、Hm、Gr、Gv、Xb的湿地松死亡率为0,其它菌根苗死亡率也远低于对照。分析结果表明,促生效果越好的菌根真菌,其接种的松苗对于干旱胁迫的耐受性越强。
Thirteen species of ectomycorrhizal fungi were used to inoculate the three pine seedlings. The results showed that the best ectomycorrhizas of different pine species were slightly different, and 8 species of excellent ectomycorrhizal fungi were screened out. Pinus massoniana and Pinus thunbergii, and 4 species of mycorrhizal fungi, Xeroco-mus chrysenteron and Gomphidius viscidus had obvious promoting effects on all three species of pine. The results of drought stress on Pinus massoniana and Pinus elliottii showed that good mycorrhizal fungi could increase the tolerance of the symbiotic plants to drought stress when the mortality of the control Pinus massoniana and Pinus elliottii was 60% The mortality of Pinus elliottii from Li, Hm, Gr, Gv and Xb was 0, and the mortality of other mycorrhizal seedlings was much lower than that of the control. The results showed that the more effective mycorrhizal fungi, the stronger their tolerance to drought stress was.
