分析了传统埋弧焊控制系统的弊端,并设计了一种新型的埋弧焊控制系统的人机界面。控制核心采用了三星公司的ARM9处理器S3C2440A,使用640*480的TFT液晶显示器。在硬件的基础上移植了嵌入式Linux操作系统,并详细介绍了使用Qt提供的C++类库设计图形用户界面的方法。操作人员可以通过菜单和对话框等形式对焊接过程进行参数输入、过程控制和监视。可以实现焊接参数的保存、监视、绘制参数变化图像、出差报警、VGA输出等功能。
The disadvantages of traditional submerged arc welding control system are analyzed, and a new man-machine interface of submerged arc welding control system is designed. The control core uses the Samsung ARM9 processor S3C2440A, using 640 * 480 TFT LCD. The embedded Linux operating system has been transplanted on the basis of the hardware, and has introduced the method of designing the graphical user interface using the C ++ class library that Qt offers in detail. Operators can enter parameters, process control and monitor the welding process via menus and dialogs. Welding parameters can be saved, monitoring, mapping parameters change the image, travel alarm, VGA output and other functions.
