目的 比较直丝弓矫治器联合颏兜及后牙垫 (实验组 )矫正前牙反 ,与单纯直线弓矫治器 (对照组 )二者治疗效果的差异。 方法 选择前牙反 49例 ,分为实验组 34例、对照组 15例、分析治疗前后的头影测量 ,解除反时间等。 结果 实验较对照组有利于前牙反颅面部生长型向正常方向转化、缩短疗程 ,且不会对TMJ产生不良影响等优点。 结论 直丝弓矫治器联合颏兜及后牙平面式垫是一种有效快速解除前牙反的方法
Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of straight wire appliance with chinch and posterior teeth pad (experimental group) in treating anterior crossbite and simple straight appliance (control group). Methods A total of 49 cases of anterior crossbite were selected, which were divided into experimental group (34 cases) and control group (15 cases). Cephalometric measurement was performed before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the results of the experiment are beneficial to the conversion of craniofacial craniofacial growth to the normal direction and shortening the course of treatment, and will not adversely affect TMJ. Conclusions Straight wire appliance combined with chin pocket and posterior flat pad is an effective and rapid method to relieve anterior crossbite
