聚羧酸系高效减水剂减水率高,对水泥的适应性好,研究开发新型的聚羧酸系减水剂受到国内外广泛关注,代表了高效减水剂的主要发展方向。本文介绍了一种早强型聚羧酸高性能减水剂的研制,该产品早期强度高,且不影响后期强度和耐久性能,在高速铁路CRTSⅡ型混凝土轨道板中的应用效果良好。 Polycarboxylate superplasticizer has high water reducibility and good adaptability to cement. The research and development of new polycarboxylate superplasticizer has drawn wide attention both at home and abroad, and represents the main development direction of superplasticizer. In this paper, a kind of early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer was developed. It has high early strength and does not affect late strength and durability. It has been applied well in high speed railway CRTS Ⅱ concrete track slab.
