精神生产同物质生产一样，它不仅能具体规定一个社会文明的性质，而且能够从增进人类本质力量发展的高度奠定社会多种财富的价值重心，并确立社会成员所赖以追求的精神目标。在经济学界，对精神生产理论的研究，一方面是“科学技术是第一生产力”的价值本源，另一方面也是确定科技商品价格和处理高技术产业化过程中产权纠纷的价值基础。但在现实中，人们对精神生产的价值等缺乏深刻的认识，也正因为如此，本文较深入地分析了精神生产的特征及其产品存在的形态和价值评价等基本理论问题。
Like the material production, spiritual production can not only specify the nature of a social civilization, but also lay the value center of various social wealth from the perspective of enhancing the development of the essential forces of humankind and establish the spiritual goal upon which the members of the society pursue it. In the field of economics, the study of the theory of spiritual production, on the one hand, is the source of value of “science and technology are the primary productive forces”; on the other hand, it is also the value basis for determining the price of scientific and technological commodities and handling property disputes in the process of high-tech industrialization. However, in reality, people lack a profound understanding of the value of spiritual production, and precisely because of this, this paper analyzes in depth the basic theoretical issues of the characteristics of spiritual production and the form and value of its existence.
