现代人的工作和生活对快餐的需求越来越大,但现时的快餐营养未必适合现代都市人的需求。中西快餐的营养搭配普遍为四高三低,即高蛋白、高热量、高脂肪、高糖,低维生素、低纤维素、低矿物质。这种饮食结构与今日普遍存在的高血脂、糖尿病、肥胖症等都有直接或间接关系。究其原因,一是六大营养素供给失衡,二是未能提供天然性质和具保健目地的功能性食物,三是欠缺运动消耗热量。
Modern people’s work and life are in increasing demand for fast food. However, the current fast food and nutrition are not necessarily suitable for the needs of modern urban people. Chinese and Western fast food nutrition is generally high and low, namely high protein, high calorie, high fat, high sugar, low vitamin, low cellulose, low mineral. This diet has a direct or indirect relationship with hyperlipidemia, diabetes and obesity that are prevalent today. The reason is that one of the six nutrients supply imbalance, the second is the failure to provide natural properties and functional foods with health care purposes, and third, the lack of exercise to consume calories.
