浙江省衢州市地处浙闽赣皖四省交界,林地面积980多万亩,占全市土地总面积的74%,林木蓄积1758万立方米,是浙江省的重点林区之一。衢州市取得了森林资源持续增长、林业结构不断优化、经济规模快速扩张、生态功能逐步增强的良好成就。但是,由于长期以来林业发展上注重数量扩张,偏重经济功能,忽视结构优化,衢州林业的现状与社会经济可持续发展对林业生态支撑的需求、与林业产业快速发展
