分析了商品房预售中有关预告登记制度的法律规定中的缺陷 ,提出了完善的办法应从以下三方面着手 :登记申请人问题 ;登记的效力问题 ;预告登记的消灭问题。
Analyzes the defects in the laws and regulations about the pre-registration system in the pre-sale of commercial housing, and proposes the perfect method to proceed from the following three aspects: the problem of registration applicant, the effect of registration and the elimination of registration.
