On the eve of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, Shanghai Culture Publishing House launched the book entitled “The Remains of the Martyrs of the Revolution.” This book is one of the 100 kinds of party’s birthday gift book. After the book was published, the media in Shanghai and the whole country paid close attention to it. The Liberation Daily, Wen Wei Po and Xinmin Evening News all published long-length interviews with articles covering the martyrs’ relics almost in full page format.
