详细研究了在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,邻氯苯基荧光酮荧光熄灭法测定微量钼的基本实验条件。在 pH4~6的 NaAc/HAc 介质中,当λ_(?)=365nm 时,体系的荧光产生最大程度熄灭时的荧光波长为547nm。钼量在2~80ppb 范围内与体系荧光熄灭的程度呈线性关系。方法简便,稳定性好,用于合金中微量钼的测定,结果满意。
The basic experimental conditions for the determination of trace molybdenum by the fluorescence quenching of o-chlorophenylfluorone in the presence of cationic surfactant CTMAB were studied in detail. In the medium of NaAc / HAc with pH4 ~ 6, the maximum fluorescence intensity of fluorescence at 547nm was obtained when λ _ (=) = 365nm. The molybdenum content in the range of 2 ~ 80ppb and the fluorescence quenching of the system showed a linear relationship. The method is simple and has good stability and is used for the determination of trace molybdenum in the alloy with satisfactory results.
