随着教育改革的不断深入,高职院校的教育改革也逐步推进,作为高校的重要组成部分,高职院校人才培养中工学结合的模式具有积极的作用。本文通过对工学结合人才培养模式的介绍,简析了工学结合人才培养模式下教学管理的原则以及存在的问题并提出了相应的改革措施。
With the continuous deepening of education reform, the educational reform in higher vocational colleges is also progressively promoted. As an important part of colleges and universities, the mode of combining work with studies plays an active role in the training of higher vocational colleges. This article through the introduction of the combination of engineering and training personnel mode, analyzes the principle of teaching management under the combination of engineering and learning and the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding reform measures.
