2009年4月江苏省射阳县黄沙港镇幼儿园发生一起手足口病暴发,共发生手足口病25例,罹患率为6.28%。从发病幼儿的咽拭子中分离出柯萨奇病毒A16(CoxA16)和肠道病毒(EV)。结合流行病学调查,病例临床表现和实验室检测结果,可确定该园此起暴发疫情是由CoxA16和EV引起的。
In April 2009, an outbreak of hand-foot-mouth disease occurred in kindergartens in Huangshagang Town, Sheyang County, Jiangsu Province. There were 25 hand-foot-mouth disease cases with an attack rate of 6.28%. Coxsackievirus A16 (CoxA16) and enterovirus (EV) were isolated from throat swabs of infants. Combined with epidemiological investigation, clinical manifestations and laboratory test results, we can confirm that this outbreak in this park was caused by CoxA16 and EV.
