1996年 4月～ 1998年 6月 ,我室经结肠镜对大肠息肉患者作高频电凝电切术 5 8例 (77枚 )。现作一报道。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 男 2 7例 ,女 31例 ;年龄 2 6～ 76岁。临床表现 :便血 38例 ;腹泻或便秘 8例 ;腹痛 7例 ;肛门坠胀感 3例 ;其它 2例。有的兼有以上两种表现。1.2
From April 1996 to June 1998, 58 patients (77) underwent high-frequency electrocoagulation with colonic colonoscopy in patients with colorectal polyps. Now make a report. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information Male 27 cases, female 31 cases; age 26 ~ 76 years old. Clinical manifestations: blood in 38 cases; diarrhea or constipation in 8 cases; abdominal pain in 7 cases; anal bulge in 3 cases; the other 2 cases. Some have both of these two performance. 1.2
