针对某电器生产厂的平行机台调度系统,描述了该系统的组成结构与数据接口界定.系统核心的调度问题是在平行机台上调度带有装设时间的批任务,以实现最小化总拖期量的目标.在研究该问题模型的基础上,提出了一种基于规则的启发式算法.结果表明,该系统有效地提高了生产车间的效率和达成率
Aiming at the parallel machine dispatching system of a certain electric appliance factory, the composition of the system and the definition of data interface are described. The scheduling problem at the core of the system is the scheduling of batch tasks with setup time on parallel machines to achieve the goal of minimizing the total rollover amount. On the basis of studying the problem model, a rule-based heuristic algorithm is proposed. The results show that the system effectively improves the efficiency and reach of the production workshop
