针对锤式破碎机锤头存在的磨损快、使用寿命短等问题,运用TRIZ理论中的通用工程参数,对使用中遇到的矛盾和问题进行描述,依据矛盾的特点,将其分为技术矛盾和物理矛盾,并分别利用矛盾矩阵表和分离原理与发明原理之间的关系,选择适用的发明原理,然后综合应用这些发明原理并结合实际工程经验,提出了新型锤头设计方案,实现了延长使用寿命、提高材料利用率及节约维修费用的目的。
