文化是民族性与时代性、稳定性与变异性的统一。,伴随民族地区社会经济变迁,少数民族传统文化确实暴露了一定的时代局限性,实现少数民族传统文化的现代转型与重构成为时代的必然选择。而转型与重构成功与否的关键是是否正确把握重构的现代取向。
Culture is the unity of nationality and the times, stability and variability. With the social and economic changes in minority areas, ethnic minority traditional cultures have indeed exposed some limitations of the times. It is therefore an inevitable choice to realize the modern transformation and reconstruction of minority traditional cultures.
