一则信息,从篇幅上说多则几百字,少则十几字,可谓短;从内容上讲,大则反映整个地区的阶段性、全局性工作,小则反映一时一地的某件事,可谓活。很多人认为,搞这样“短而又活”的“小文章”是极其容易,极其简单的事情。其实并不然。为什么呢?因为信息每一条每一件都要有个镜头,都要突出个苗头性、普遍性和指导性,要达到这个要求,并不是很容易的。去年春,中央召开“三个会议”,各地都迅速对此作了反映,在这期间,衡水地区的信息被中央采用了12条,比全国很多省市的采用率都高出很多。原因在哪里呢?我们的体会是:除了客观上的原因外,在很大程度上决定于信息整理的“技术性”。而信息的编写则是综合发挥这种“技术性”的至关重要的环节。
