失范是现代社会的普遍现象。本文对社会失范的含义、导致社会失范的原因以及如何走出失范、实现规范的重建作了分析和论述。社会失范主要是指社会缺乏明确一致的规范或是社会规范本身缺乏合法性和权威性。导致现代社会失范的原因主要有两个方面 :社会结构的变迁和传统价值的失落。针对社会失范的原因 ,文章认为 ,现代社会要走出失范不仅需要法治 ,还需要德治和礼治 Loss of justice is a common phenomenon in modern society. This article analyzes the meaning of social anomie, the reasons that lead to social anomie, how to get out of anomie and realize the standard reconstruction. Social anomie mainly refers to the lack of a clear and consistent social norms nor the social norms of their own lack of legitimacy and authority. There are mainly two reasons for the anomie in modern society: the change of social structure and the loss of traditional values. For the reasons of social anomie, the article holds that in order to get rid of the anomie, modern society not only needs the rule of law, but also the rule of law and the rule of law
