报道绞股蓝多糖(GPS)对小鼠肉瘤S-180和Eca-109细胞的抑制作用。结果表明:①用浓度为10g/L的GPS对荷瘤小鼠每12h灌胃1次,每次0.5ml,连续10d后测得对S-180肉瘤的抑制率为8.5%,与生理盐水对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05);用浓度为20g/L的GPS用同样方法测得对肉瘤S-180的抑制率为31%,与生理盐水对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。②GPS用于体外培养的人食管癌细胞ECa-109随药物浓度增大和时间延长对ECa-109细胞株的抑制率呈正相关,GPS的浓度为1g/L时,72h的抑制率为100%;GPS的浓度为2g/L时,48h的抑制率为100%。提示:GPS对肿瘤细胞有较强的抑制和杀伤作用。
