目的建立岛叶点燃的大鼠慢性癫痫模型。方法SD大鼠30只中,随机选取5只做为对照组,25只做为刺激组。麻醉后在立体定位仪下将双极电极植入大鼠岛叶,7d后开始给予电刺激并记录自由活动大鼠脑电图,观察大鼠行为学变化,确定后放阈后,每日给予1.5倍后放阈值刺激,直到出现爆发性尖、棘波,同时按Racine分级出现4~5级行为学变化时视为点燃成功。结果14只大鼠成功点燃。点燃岛叶的后放阈显著高于部分文献所记录的杏仁核后放阈。结论电刺激大鼠岛叶能够建立慢性癫痫点燃模型。
Objective To establish a model of chronic epilepsy induced by insula in rats. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly selected as the control group and 25 as the stimulation group. Under anesthesia, the bipolar electrodes were implanted into the insula of rats under stereotaxic instrument. After 7 days, electrical stimulation was given to the rats and the free electroencephalogram was recorded. The behavioral changes of the rats were observed. After 1.5 times the threshold stimulation, until the emergence of sharp spikes, spikes at the same time by Racine grading 4 to 5 behavioral changes as the ignition success. Results 14 rats successfully ignited. The posterior threshold of island litter ignition was significantly higher than that recorded in some of the literature. Conclusion Electrical stimulation of the insula in rats can establish a chronic epileptic model.
