玻璃钢夹砂管涵洞具有轻质高强、耐腐蚀、运输安装方便、施工工期短等特点,且管涵的抗拉、抗疲劳能力强、综合经济效益好,故其具有广阔的应用前景。本文通过对浅覆土玻璃钢夹砂管涵洞施工现场试验测试,分析不同重车荷载和车辆位置下的管涵内侧各测点的应变和位移变化力学特征。结果表明,玻璃钢夹砂管环向和轴向应力均较小,远小于管涵抗压强度,且最大位移小于允许变形值4.5cm,同时管顶及距管顶45°之间为施工主要控制部位,管顶覆土高度不低于80cm可恢复工程运输车通行。研究结果对管道结构设计优化和柔性管公路涵洞施工有应用参考价值。

The results of the study are of practical value in the design optimization of pipeline structure and the construction of flexible pipe culverts.
