1 前言 近年来,柳钢高炉喷吹的无烟煤来源较杂,主要有涟源煤、马田煤、平顶山煤、三湘煤、金竹山煤等,而且灰分较高,波动也大,所以高炉喷吹效果不好。为了提高和稳定高炉喷煤量,提高煤焦置换比,1997年8月我们对有固定煤矿的无烟煤(主要是三湘煤、马田煤)进行了理化性能研究,重点考察了煤的反应性(即CO_2还原率)以及粒度、铁矿粉对煤的反应性的影响,以确定选用低灰分、反应性好、易磨的无烟煤。
