探讨止血带休克 ( To S)发生过程中血管舒缩功能的改变 ,以及与血管组织一氧化氮 ( NO)产生的关系。方法 采用Rosenthal方法复制大鼠 To S模型 ,分别测定对照组和 To S组大鼠血浆中、主动脉孵育液中亚硝酸盐 ( NO- 2 )含量 ,及主动脉组织中 c GMP含量、一氧化氮合酶 ( NOS)活性 ,同时观察了主动脉血管环舒缩功能的改变。结果 To S大鼠离体主动脉环对去甲肾上腺素的反应性降低 ;其血浆和主动脉孵育液中 NO- 2 明显增加 ;主动脉 c GMP含量增多 ;主动脉血管总 NOS活性增强 ,其中主要是诱导性 NOS( i NOS)活性增加。结论 To S时大鼠主动脉组织中 i NOS活性增强 ,产生 NO增多 ,造成血管低反应性
To investigate the change of vasomotor function in the process of tourniquet-induced shock (To S) and the relationship with the production of nitric oxide (NO) in vascular tissue. Methods Rat To S model was replicated by Rosenthal method. The content of nitrite (NO 2) in plasma and aorta in control group and To group were determined respectively. The content of c GMP in aortic tissue, Nitrogen synthase (NOS) activity, at the same time observed changes in aortic vascular ring systolic and diastolic function. Results The reactivity of isolated aortic rings to norepinephrine was decreased in To S rats. NO 2 in plasma and aorta was significantly increased, the content of c GMP in the aorta increased, and the activity of total NOS in the aorta increased Mainly induced NOS (i NOS) activity increased. CONCLUSIONS: The activity of iNOS in the aorta tissue of To rats is increased, resulting in the increase of NO, resulting in the hyporesponsiveness
