愈来愈高的燃油成本是有车一族不得不承受的压力。与此同时,解决汽车尾气污染、提倡使用新能源、加强环境保护的呼声渐高。高效低廉替代品——“油改气”进入人们的视线,燃气汽车也已成为一些车主的最爱。实际上,“油改气”这个概念早在十几年前就已经出现。1999年,科技部、国家环保总局等部门联合出台《关于实施“空气净化工程——清洁汽车行动”的若干意见》,重点开展了以天然气、液化石油气为代表的燃气汽车技术开发和示范推广。北京、上海、天津、重庆、哈尔滨等12个试点示范区域,最早以“油改气”的方式,在出租车和公交车领域开始了燃气汽车试点。
