糖皮质激素(激素)经与胞浆内受体结合,通过基因效应产生治疗作用的机制已得到公认。然而,在基础科学和许多临床观察中,均有证据表明激素的非基因机制也起重要的作用。本文就一些相对成熟的激素作用新机制作一综述。
The mechanism by which glucocorticoids (hormones) bind to intracytoplasmic receptors and produce therapeutic effects through their genetic effects has been well established. However, in basic science and in many clinical observations, there is evidence that the non-genetic mechanisms of hormones also play an important role. This article reviews some relatively new mechanisms of hormone action.
